Bought outdoor fabric from Joan fabrics ,used the pieces to create a pattern. Used 3m 77 to adhere it to the foam.
marlin53ParticipantThere was a post about a problem like this a few years back you might be able search that. Otherwise you could try putting some wood filler in holes, hand sand that flush then coat those areas with epoxy and sand. The epoxy should help hold the fibers in place.
marlin53ParticipantWow great job
marlin53ParticipantMine leaked underneath the gutter gasket not enough sealant in the gasket.

marlin53ParticipantFinished mine last summer. Let me know if you have any questions.
marlin53ParticipantI like the looks of those windows
marlin53ParticipantYou can. On, the folding part you just add a couple of bolts to help hold it together. To fold the trailer you have to remove some bolts.
marlin53ParticipantPlace it in the cap. I push a piece of the mat against the vent to mark the rim the measured an extra 1/4 into the outside
marlin53ParticipantI also added apiece of anti fatigue as a gasket
marlin53ParticipantYou need to make your own bolt. I took out the baffle
marlin53Participantmarlin53ParticipantMade all my vents adjustable from the inside by changing the bolts to hold down bolts. Glued nuts in were the head of the bolt went.
marlin53ParticipantThat’s the way I did it
marlin53ParticipantI used a rhino liner type of paint. Hard to keep clean but won’t scratch or peel.
