What has everyone used to coat the underside of the TearDrop? I was considering applying a LineX type coating.  I don’t see any reason to put Brightside or other expensive Paint on underside… comments?

I used a rhino liner type of paint.  Hard to keep clean but won’t scratch or peel.

We used Rust-Oleum Automotive Black Truck Bed Coating in the CLC Teardrop class…

Make sure you use the appropriate mask/filter, as you’ll be tasting this stuff for days!

Three coats of Total Boat topside paint over Total Boat primer. Then a coating of automotive wax. Should be pretty durable. We’ll see.

Simple black enamel.  The glass and epoxy is pretty tough, don’t overthink this.
