@Pwebster25, I tried many finishes including  Petit  and Total Boat. I finally found the right material and application by accident because it was all I could find from my local marine retailer. I used Epiphanes mixed 2:1 with their thinner (that’s the key- thinning just a bit or it will sag terribly- beautiful finish, but honey-like consistency makes it sag). Then I applied with a roller and tipped with a foam brush. The finish was clean, leveled well,  and was very lustrous. I have a few flaws I need to clean up now after learning from past mistakes, but I figured I would use it this season (maiden voyage) then do a refinish coat over the fall/winter. The faster drying stuff gives you less working time so if you find a drip and you go to clean it up, it disturbs the finish that has already flashed and creates more work for you once it cures. I know the longer drying time gets risky with bugs and dust, but for me, it was worth it to extend the working time on such a large surface area! Also, 3-4 quarts is just about right. One quart per coat.  Good luck- I’m sure it will be beautiful once completed.

Thanks @wudboatVT. We had a huge rainstorm yesterday (first one) and opened the galley to a deluge! Time for the “sump pump” 😉 we think we know where it’s coming from though so we’ll see if we can resolve. Other than that, everything operates as expected, including two BattleBorns in the tongue. Still at 90% after three days!

@SOMDTD, I fiberglassed my doors inside and still ended up with a bit of a spring on the top. I also found the bottom left of the door would pop out with weather stripping applied, so I also sanded the sills down to eliminate some of the pronounced drip edge and it took the bowing of the door right out! Not perfect yet and I think we may use polished marine turnbuckles to bring in the top of the door so I don’t have to push it in at the top every time, but overall, your suggestion was a huge success to take out the bow in my bottom door! Thanks!

@metric_pinecone the seal was installed in Aug and I haven’t had any issues yet, however I have red driven it in the rain yet. The decal came from an Etsy shop: https://etsy.me/375Dygw
Im using it on the inside of the hatch too to hide some light that is shining in through the puzzle joint. Varnishing the camper today!!! I see a light 😉

I had similar issues because I was stupid and unknowingly  switched sections 2 and 6 in the mold. It caused the width to be too narrow and the depth of the hatch to be too long. I had to trim the galley flat to fit on the sides, changing the and angle slightly where the quarter panel connects and then I trimmed about 2” off the back of the hatch. Then I found okoume online and repatterned the hatch edge pieces to fit. My quarter panels are bowed too far now so I will need to repattern those to fit as well. First I’m going to fit the floor on in order to get the angle correct on the transom and quarter panels.

I just finished my ICC tonight and this is the gasket I used. The stuff CLC included did not fit even if trimmed.
