Szerb, I didn’t use a router table, just a small hand router with a roundoff bit. I’ve just about finished a storage box of my own design for the front of the trailer since the CLC box is a little big for the Northern trailer….I’ll post some pictures when I’m done with it.

JimBuilt, the depth of the galley kit is 15″, the length is 56.5″  It gets a little trickier with the height. If you look at the galley, it has 5 sections, the distance between the sections are approximately: 9.5″ – 11″ – 14″ – 11″ – 9.5″  the heights across the front of those sections are 12″ on the ends, 16″ across the rest. The back of the 14″ center section is approx. 19″ sloping down to the 16″ in front. Hope that makes some kind of sense. Good luck with the build. Love to see some pictures when you get it done.

Boardwalk, I’m just heading back to Minnesota after a great trip to Iceland. I’ll post some pictures of the electrical system and a description when I get back. I’ll check on the SKU as well…

Thanks for the positive comments. For the headliner I used a 3/8 radius and used 3M  77 to mount it. Don’t know why anyone would use contact cement… My electrical system is all 12v, but I did put a 110 outlet inside and one in the galley.  The wheels on the trailer are still 12″, I just upgraded to a high speed radial tire and the nice looking aluminum wheels. The only other suggestion on the Northern trailer is to repack the original bearings. Probably wouldn’t have to, but you never know… The galley flat and shelf are covered with a rubber floor runner I found at Menards. It’s about an 1/8 inch thick and comes in a 30″ width. Just suggest you make a cardboard pattern first.

Sorry for the multiple posts. Couldn’t figure out how to post multiple pictures…

I used the Northern trailer, had it powder-coated, and upgraded the wheels, tires, and fenders. Tried to keep the interior clean. Hoping to get the maiden voyage in before the snow flies….

I’m in Prior Lake. Trying to post some pictures, just can’t get it to work. Anyone out there have a suggestion for this techno-idiot?

Can someone give me the inside dimensions of the storage box? Just got a great Yeti cooler as a present, wondering if it will fit…thanks.
