ParticipantJust the link.

ParticipantYes, link worked fine. I find it almost impossible to post pictures from my phone. This site was created in WordPress. A bit of an antique when it comes to web publishing. Even as I write this I can’t see the left side of the screen and the software won’t let me side scroll. The popup that allows uploading of pictures can be side scrolled to find the buttons. Also make sure the picture files are not too large. I have to resize all mine to make them work. Hope this helps.
Cheers!

ParticipantOne thing I found is that the clamping edge of the seal makes a very efficient conduit for water. After gluing my seal in place, I had to run a bead of sealant around the clamping edge to keep the water out. You may be able to see it in this picture.

ParticipantJust an ill fitting part. Yes it needs to be filled.

ParticipantThe washer is just on the top side. Yes, just glued in place with epoxy. Here is what it looks like under the lid. I put the pin through the hole for reference.

ParticipantI would be willing to show you mine. I’m in the middle of Kansas.

ParticipantI used a pwm speed controller as mentioned above.

ParticipantI had the same failure from a 5gal flexible water jug in the galley. My battery is mounted under my camper. I think we will see more of these failures. The galley floor is not up to supporting more then light weight cargo.

ParticipantI really hope my wife doesn’t see this.

ParticipantI have similar blems on my camper in various spots. Nobody sees them. When I was first finished they seemed very noticeable. After almost a year, I have to look for them. Think about this. When all of your beautiful wood grain is covered, there is no going back.

ParticipantI plan to pull my primary patterns from the outside of the camper and pull the details from the inside as a second step.

ParticipantSuccess! Thanks.

ParticipantI think I am going to do 1/4 or 3/8 rigid foam with headliner material.
friz
ParticipantMy bad. I just reread the description. it is just the bare foam. I may be rethinking my head liner.
