Using a Solar Generator

We are close to the point not in the build to start assembling the galley kit and thus the wiring. Has anyone tried or had experience with using a portable solar power generator such as a Jackery? It seems that it would simplify the wiring and allow us to charge its battery using shore power, solar power or the tow vehicle. We are only planning to have 2 internal fans, the roof fan, interior  LED lights and USB charge ports for an iPad and iPhones.

I haven’t finished my build yet, but I purchased a BALDR power station and a solar kit. Same energy output as you, so hopefully we’re on the right track.
