Hi all,
I have been stalking this forum for a little while now, and have ordered my TD kit for pickup in early July! I’m super excited to get working on it, and have seen a lot of feedback and help here already that has been really helpful. I am going to get started as soon as the materials are here, and was just wondering if anyone had any information or advice to share that they wished they had known in the early stages. I have seen some great info on reinforcing the galley hatch, which is certainly a concern. I am also building in southern Georgia, where the heat and humidity are bad and getting worse. I’m not sure how concerned I should be about that outside of the general advice on having helpers and doing the epoxy in sections. Any and all advice is welcome, and it is great to be joining this forum!
