ParticipantBought outdoor fabric from Joan fabrics ,used the pieces to create a pattern. Used 3m 77 to adhere it to the foam.

ParticipantThere was a post about a problem like this a few years back you might be able search that. Otherwise you could try putting some wood filler in holes, hand sand that flush then coat those areas with epoxy and sand. The epoxy should help hold the fibers in place.

ParticipantYou can. On, the folding part you just add a couple of bolts to help hold it together. To fold the trailer you have to remove some bolts.

ParticipantMade all my vents adjustable from the inside by changing the bolts to hold down bolts. Glued nuts in were the head of the bolt went.

ParticipantI used a rhino liner type of paint. Hard to keep clean but won’t scratch or peel.
