Has anyone registered a CLC Teardrop and experienced any “Challenges/Issues” getting the Teardrop registered?

I am selling my TD to a person in FL. He is having issues getting FL to recognize it as an RV. They only want to call it a Utility Trailer…

Any input appreciated. I am in Texas, FYI.

I live in Maryland and had to have it registered as a trailer.If my memory serves right, To meet our state requirements for RV there needs to be a kitchen and a working bathroom inside.

I live in Florida but,have not actually registered a camper but maybe this will help.

In Illinois mine is registered as a recreational trailer. RV wouldn’t work for the state.
