I dropped the hammer and purchased the basic teardrop kit but am delaying shipment until early next year. Like many an American garage mine needs a bit of tiding up before construction can start. It's a one car garage and needs a lot of tiding up things like moving the water heater, new washer/dryer (stackable), move the bike racks, more overhead lighting, an exhaust fan and insulating the garage ceiling. Hope to have it all done before the teardrop arrives.
