MIKEinMT ParticipantTHANKS! – my main issue was trying to figure out how to house the breaker…you’ve given me some good ideas. My setup is a little different since I’ll be putting the breaker up front in the trailer tongue box. MIKEinMT ParticipantOk – I just talked to CLC…Depends on how you apply paint / varnish…but an estimate using rolling-tipping technique – 1. Bottom Precoat (1 coat) – 1 quart ….I’m ordering 2 to be sure 2. Bottom Brightsides (2 heavy coats) – 1 quart…I’m ordering 2 to be sure 3. Exterior (3 + coats) – 3 quarts….I’m ordering 4 to be sure mj MIKEinMT ParticipantYes – I checked stiffeners…they still fit. I’m just a little worried about tolerances for hatch hardware (where the hatch hardware pivot fits). I couldn’t find anything in manual about exact location, though it looks right. After thinking about it more…I guess I probably should dry-fit door hardware before I glue things together. thanks for reply June 20, 2018 at 8:25 pm in reply to: Should I try to remove epoxy from door cut lines prior to fiberglass sheathing #1908MIKEinMT Participantthanks…that was my intuition…but glad to hear you didn’t have any issues when cutting the doors.
