Weird site layout when not logged in

Is anyone else seeing a weird, narrow layout when coming to this site without being logged in? It confines all the content to the middle quarter of the screen almost like it’s trying to adapt for a mobile device. I see this on Firefox and Chrome. After I log in, all appears fine – full page width is used. I usually come here without being logged in but this is the first time I’ve seen this problem and it started sometime between now and a day or two ago.

Seems like the problem has been fixed.
