    To fill the moments between setting epoxy, and to alleviate the monotony of sanding, I turned my attention towards modifying a second hand boat trailer to suit the teardrop.

    To protect against corrosion, I sprayed a topcoat of black Raptor bed liner after finishing the welding.

    I felt curved mudguards would complement the shape of the teardrop, and I chose to powder coat them in black to match the steelwork and to visually separate the trailer from the camper.
