Teardrop on trailex for sale $5k

Here is my teardrop project. It’s on the custom aluminum trailex trailer with 12″ wheels ($2,295), included is a spare mounted under the trailer.
The built teardrop (unassembled teardrop kit with wood parts cost: $3,239) was used and loved, I purchased it with every intention of bringing it back to glory. We had another kid and bought a 37′ 5th wheel, so the teardrop has to go to someone who wants to bring it back to life and enjoy it for years.
I scuff sanded all wood parts prepping it for a fresh coat of epoxy.

Parts included are:
Full, unopened clc epoxy, filler, flour kit ($227)
New gaskets ($50)
New rear trunk lid shocks
New mushroom vents
Electric fan roof vent
New stainless hinges for rear trunk and doors
New queen size mattress
New unopened petit paint kit (ocean blue)
2 New caframo DC cabin fans from CLC
New led strip lights

Clean title in hand

Save a couple hundred hours of work and thousands on the parts, kits, epoxy etc…..
