For the galley, I chose to make my own simple set up.
A two-shelve sliding door dish cabinet, with an attached “bench”. And a separate spice rack. The cabinet frame, inner shelf, the “bench”, and the spice rack are made from wood recycled from the camper mold.
The cabinet had to have a bit of cut out at the top, to accommodate one of the gas shocks.
The “bench” I use to store a 3-in-1 toaster oven, griddle, and coffee maker. Underneath is storage space for cutlery, and telescopic s’mores forks.
