"We are anchored in Pulpit Harbor, Maine this year in July. There is a Torqueedo outboard on the stern. They make a great combination especially when I get sick of rowing. Rosie has put up with lots of abuse and has held up well, but on close inspection there have been quite a few repairs. Still, I get nothing but complements." . . "We completed our Mystic River Canoe, our first major #woodworking #project and boat build, in March 2021. Although we bought the kit in January of 2019, things were slow-going until we unexpectedly found ourselves stuck at home starting in March 2020. We live in Seattle and have taken the canoe on many paddles with our two small dogs around lakes, the Puget Sound, and to the backcountry of Ross Lake in North Cascades National Park. This photo was taken at Waldo Lake in Oregon in September 2021.
