everything gets coated with epoxy. I would do it as installed.
I know most small trailers have this stated warning. And I would not publicly say the warning is unwarrented. But I have not had a problem. with highway speeds. Keep the tires well inflated and the hub greased.

I have a Northern Tools trailer. I moved the axle back several inches and relocated the fender on its support bracket to solve this problem.

I used a suction floor lifter to place the camera at the very bottom edge of the galley lid. I bought the monitor type that sits on the dash board. I think now I should have bought the type that clips to the existing rear view mirror.
I asked NT what the speed rating of the High Speed Hub was. They replied that hubs were not rated, only tires were rated for speed. I asked back “Then why are they called High Speed Hubs.” They have not replied to that yet.
For overhead lights, as close to the ceiling in the center of the bulkhead as I could get.
I sanded the shelf. It gets it’s own filets.

I’m Ned Smith located near Trenton, GA. I am about two weeks away from being done.
I moved the shell all the way back on the trailer. I then relocated the axle back 8″ so the fenders won’t interfere with the doors. I will carry the lead/acid battery inside under the galley. The mattress doesn’t reach all the way to the transom.
Could you explain how you put vinyl on the insulation? Do you mean the grey/black foam that is offered by CLC?
