I know most small trailers have this stated warning. And I would not publicly say the warning is unwarrented. But I have not had a problem. with highway speeds. Keep the tires well inflated and the hub greased.
Two years ago I used a Northern Tools trailer . It has worked well on a few trips from Chattanooga to Florida.

I have a Northern Tools trailer. I moved the axle back several inches and relocated the fender on its support bracket to solve this problem.
I used a suction floor lifter to place the camera at the very bottom edge of the galley lid. I bought the monitor type that sits on the dash board. I think now I should have bought the type that clips to the existing rear view mirror.
I asked NT what the speed rating of the High Speed Hub was. They replied that hubs were not rated, only tires were rated for speed. I asked back “Then why are they called High Speed Hubs.” They have not replied to that yet.
I put mine on the bottom. the wires can be led through the hole and retained with the finishing ring/square.
I moved the shell all the way back on the trailer. I then relocated the axle back 8″ so the fenders won’t interfere with the doors. I will carry the lead/acid battery inside under the galley. The mattress doesn’t reach all the way to the transom.
