I have the same issue, and I am tempted to try this.

    Wayne, got reservations?

Today the camp was fully booked. I do not have reservations?

    Nice,

How about we split the distance, and meet at Black Moshannon State Park?

I could do an extended weekend from 20 to 23 of August.

Yes, plenty of nice camping spots around here in the national forest.

    1. The roof hatch/vent reinforcement bezel is thick enough to support the weight of a regular camping lanter.

    2. I suggest to install the electric system now, during construction, because it is easier than to retrofit.

    3. For my build, I installed my own electric system (not the CLC kit) under the liner, and all in all, my camper cost under $4k

If you have a pair of fine-tipped diagonal cutter, or a pair of nail clippers, trim the wires flush with the wood. This way you avoit tears and rips in the sandpaper. A file might be too aggressive.

    Wayne,

So far, there has been little interest in the meeting, with only one person potentially attending the weekend of July 17th.

At this point it seems that the meeting will not take place, at least not on the 17th.

The quarter panels lay on the galley flat, they shouldn’t be stitched/glued to the hatch.

    Hey,

Thanks for the interest in this proposed meeting.

I am thinking of two possible dates: the weekend of July 10th, or the following weekend July 17th.

Would one of these dates work better for you?

I am not familiar with the number system you reference 🙁

I am also in PA, in McKean county. Where about are you?

I have not tried the leak test before the clasps because it was obvious that it will leak.

    Here is what I used
