I used a suction floor lifter to place the camera at the very bottom edge of the galley lid. I bought the monitor type that sits on the dash board. I think now I should have bought the type that clips to the existing rear view mirror.
I asked NT what the speed rating of the High Speed Hub was. They replied that hubs were not rated, only tires were rated for speed. I asked back “Then why are they called High Speed Hubs.” They have not replied to that yet.
For overhead lights, as close to the ceiling in the center of the bulkhead as I could get.
I sanded the shelf. It gets it’s own filets.
I put mine on the bottom. the wires can be led through the hole and retained with the finishing ring/square.October 22, 2018 at 9:23 am in reply to: New to forum, are there any teardrops in North Georgia,… #2227

I’m Ned Smith located near Trenton, GA. I am about two weeks away from being done.
I moved the shell all the way back on the trailer. I then relocated the axle back 8″ so the fenders won’t interfere with the doors. I will carry the lead/acid battery inside under the galley. The mattress doesn’t reach all the way to the transom.
Could you explain how you put vinyl on the insulation? Do you mean the grey/black foam that is offered by CLC?
Make that “Bearing Buddy”.
Under the galley. That is worth looking into.
Thanks for your replies. They were very helpful.
Do you use “Bearing Puddy” on your wheel bearings?
I plan on coating the inside of many panels before I assemble them.
I plan on doing 1 & 2 white and the bottom 2″ black all around.
Could you describe the “riser”. I can’t picture it in my mind. From where to where.
